Joy to the World

Our college dean told us not to get too attached so that it will not be hard for us to leave, but I think I am not diligent enough to fulfill those words from him, and here I am still curling with the moments and memories I had for being a SEA Teacher.

It's been almost a week since the program ended, and it took me days to finally start this blog because I can't really and fully recover from what Bandung Indonesia has brought me, and up until now, I am still hoping that I'm still there. We went to Indonesia at night, and arrived back in the Philippines at night, so it's like an overnight dream. I slept and dreamt about the things I experienced in Indonesia then one day I just woke up, and I'm back in the Philippines like nothing just happened. Was it a dream come true, or truth turned to a dream?

Above all, I would like to extend how grateful I am to be part of this program. From the bottom of my hypothalamus, thank you so much Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) for implementing programs like this in promoting educational, scientific, and cultural leadership through learning around Southeast Asia. It was truly an opportunity and honor to participate in this project as an aspiring educator of the future generation. That despite the diversity and cultural differences, you always find a way to promote and empower inclusivity, commitment, professionalism, and excellence when it comes to organizational development.

Again, thank you so much. I am highly hoping that this will not be the last time I will express my sincerest gratitude, I believe this will just be the beginning of the many opportunities you've opened for me. Now I am striving for more, aspiring to be more.

I am KC Joy Ancheta from Central Luzon State University a participant during the 9th Batch of the Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia or Southeast Asia Teacher Project at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia from September 25, 2023 to October 23, 2023, greeting you a good day, and God bless us all.

'TIL WE MEET AGAIN!
